1)
Artwork requirements
• Black and white, camera ready - Sharp black &
white line art only. A minimum of 300% larger than imprint
size is required.
• E-mail -Artwork can be accepted via e-mail. Please
provide in JPEG format.
• Paper proof will be sent for final approval at no
charge.
• Unless an exact imprint size is requested, etching
size will be appropriate for the shape and best fit.

2) Artwork charges -
ETCHING the BLADE and ROTOR LASER the wood handle
• Charges for stencil for both laser and acid etch $75.00(V).
Minimum charge for laser etches $93.75(V).
• Set up charges -$93.75(V) each position per order
ETCHING BLADE.
• Set up charge of $93.75(V) applies to Rotor Laser
logo into wood handle each position.
• Modification of art -Orders that require alterations
are subject to a minimum charge of $62.50(V) per logo.
• Art is kept on file for 3 years maximum for repeat
orders.
• Special artwork for 2 piece paper gift boxes, contact
factory for quote and minimum order amount.
• Special artwork for gift tins, contact factory for
quote, and minimum order amount.
• Factory will not be responsible for errors on handwritten
orders.

3) Imprint charges
• Price in catalog includes one color (black) acid etch
one position only.
• Blade etching $.63(V) per additional etch/side-
• Handle laser etching $2.50(V) per side -Price listed
does not include cost of Rotor Laser etching.

4) Credit Terms
• Net 30 day terms are only available to customer with
prior credit approval.

5) Pricing
• Minimum order quantity –l00 pieces.
• Larger than catalog quantities - Please contact factory
for quotation.
• Drop ship -1-3 drop ship locations no charge; 4 or
more locations add $6.25(V) each drop ship location.
• Less than minimum charge -$56.25(V) -Absolute minimum
order processed is 50% of the minimum quantity listed in the
catalog.
• Pre-production samples -$75.00(V) per logo plus cost
of the product. This charge is a separate charge; neither
refundable nor deductible from the production order. Set up
charges will be charged at time of production.
• Rush orders –normal lead-time is 7-10 days after
approval of art. All orders requiring faster lead-time will
be charged a rush charge. Please call for quote.
• Samples -Blank or random samples are billed at end
quantity price plus freight. Samples are not returnable.
• Split shipments -$18.75(V) per shipment will be charged
to orders that require partial shipments more than one time.
• Unprinted merchandise charge - No setup, use next
higher column price.

6) Production
• Overruns/underruns -The factory reserves the right
to ship over or under 5% of the quantity ordered.
• Wood -Because of the natural characteristics of wood,
the grain, stain and color will vary from one item to another.

7) Shipping
• F.O.B. Factory -Rhode Island.
• Shipping methods -UPS, Fed-Ex, etc. For U.S. Postal
Service a $12.50(V) per box fee will be charged. All orders
will be shipped UPS unless otherwise instructed.

8) Trademark usage
• All copy or other material submitted by the customer
for use by CCI in producing the items ordered will be accepted
by CCI being submitted in full compliance with all applicable
laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of
privacy, patent, contractual limitations or similar protection.
Copy and trademarks illustrated in this catalog are used to
demonstrate product imprinting. This does not constitute endorsement
by any company of our product line.

9) Warranty
• All products come with a Lifetime Warranty on craftsmanship.
Improper use will void all warranties. Products are USA made
or hand finished in the USA.
